ACCOUNTS MODULE

Invoice Header
The invoice header has been given a makeover to make it easier to use as it was getting cluttered.
Why: The header was getting cluttered

Tax Rates
The way tax is applied to an invoice has changed. Invoices use tax rates from the new tax rate table and can be applied to each line.
Why: We needed SWIFT to be able to have more than one tax rate per invoice and to have a different tax rate per line. Please note that you will need to request this feature to be added to your print template.

Discounts
They way discounts are applied to invoices has changed. Discounts are applied per line.
Why: The old way was not intuitive . The new way is simpler and makes more sense.
In the old way the discount in the header was added to the discount in the line . Now the line discount is the only discount.

PURCHASE ORDER MODULE

Search Grid
BRAND has been applied to PO GRID search
Why: This gives an extra option
Apply Tax
The PO has a new flag: APPLY TAX. If you tick this, you can apply a tax rate to the PO as a whole and also to each line.
Why: This always you to use the PO as a quote. Please note that you will need to request this feature to be added to your print template.
New Look

STYLES MODULE

Washcare
You can now create washcare templates that are owned by WHOLESALERS and select these on the style.
Why: This is helpful if you own the brand and use the same washcare.
Item Numbers
You can now add a default item number to the style colourway line. If you do this, each PO that uses that colourway will inherit that item number from the colourway.
Why: For repeat styles this saves you having to re-enter it on the PO.
Fashion Grade
This is new feature on the style. You can search for this on the Production Report and the Customer Delivery Report
Why:This has been requested by a number of people.
