Swift has been updated to version 4065. Here is a short summary of all the important changes.

INDENTS & PO: DATE CHANGES

We have simplified the dates on the INDENT and PO. There are now only three dates:

• supplier handover
• shipping date
• delivery date

The extra dates that were being used are now derived from these dates automatically, which greatly speeds up loading them.

ACCOUNTS – PASTEL EVOLUTION INTEGRATION

Customer mappings for invoices can now be pre-loaded in the customer admin. This will default Pastel settings on the invoice. This applies to sales accounts too.

TIME ZONES

Wholesalers and users can now have a timezone set. New users will inherit the timezone from their wholesalers. This is a requirement for us to keep database times correct.

INCOTERMS

You can now specify which city to display in the incoterm display (Origin or Destination)

QUALITY OF LIFE CHANGES

These small changes are tweaks to make things easier:

• On the style, you can now clone CAD files between colourway lines instead of having to upload the CAD to each colourway.
• In the shipping module the way container packing lines is added has been changed to avoid users accidentally creating lines with no unit points
• The style fabric options will now filter on the TYPE (e.g. Knit or Woven)
