Swift has been updated to version 5824 . Here is a short summary of all the important changes.

REPORTS

Homepage Report : PO with NO INDENT
This report now excludes lines where the PO line has been invoiced and where the PO line is marked as canceled.
Why: It was incorrectly reporting lines

Merchandiser Sales Summary
The formatting for this report has been changed to make it easier to read.
Why: We wanted a way for you to check the figures

Catalog/Minicad
The DC date filter now looks at the PO DC date not the indent DC Date.
Why: This was confusing
Warehouse Packing
This report can now be exported to Excel
Why: Because the other reports can

STYLES MODULE

Costings
You now cannot freetype costing items. You have to select from the list ( so that we can find the correct tariff.
Why: This lets us automatically add tariffs if requires

Tariffs are now added automatically to OFC items that are tarrifable.
Why: This makes import costings more accurate

Carton / Box Sizes
You can now add a new box size to the list form the box size selector.
Why: This greatly speeds up adding custom boxes

ODR/RFQ
If costing approval is on, blocked adding colourways that are not on the brief. Defaulted to zero units if no brief colourway is found ( used when costing approval is off)
Why: This is to prevent a non approved colourway from being selected

Notes
There is now a character counter to let you know how many characters you have left (1400 per note)
Why:People were unsure of how many characters they had left

Indents Tab
The size range for each indent line has been added to this tab.
Why: This makes it easier to find an indent with a specific size curve
