It tracks the product from initial sample purchase right through to final invoice to your customer (the retailer).
Besides doing everything that you would expect from an enterprise resource planning (ERP) app, it has a number of unique features.
Easy Access
Swift is a web-based application. This means that instead of having software installed on your computers, you run it from a normal web browser.
This also means that you do not need to be in the office to use it – you can log in using your phone, your tablet or a home computer (very useful for checking up when you are not in the office)
Swift will work on any device that runs Firefox or Chrome
Easy to Use
Swift has been designed to be as easy to use as possible.
Having a system that is simple and intuitive gets your staff up and running faster, and leads to less errors when in use.
User experience (UX) is an important part of our design: if your staff find any system difficult or confusing to use, corners will be cut and Garbage In, Garbage Out will apply.
Unlimited Users
Swift does not charge a per-user license fee. Our monthly fee is based only on what features you want to use.
You are free to add as many users as you want at any time at no extra cost.
Flexible Pricing
Swift is an extensive and very comprehensive application and is packed with features.
But as with most things, only some of these features will be useful to your business.
The pricing module lets you select from a list of features and only pay for the ones that you need.
Features can be added or removed on an ongoing basis, meaning you are not locked into a single build.
