Hellow 2019 and v5310!

v5310 has been released – our first release of 2019!

It features a brand new messenger service to allow Swift to communicate with users outside of email

There have been some tweaks to reports, specifically the customer delivery report.

Mostly though this release has a lot of under-the-skin changes to the framework
