A GRN can now be created directly from a style (for goods arriving unexpectedly) (r3054)

Modifications to GRN to allow it to be scanned with a barcode scanner (r3050)
GRN can now originate from four sources:
Directly from a style (unexpected stock arrives)
From an indent (CMT stock arrives)
From a barcode scanner
From a shipping packing list (this used to be the only way)
